Wow, I have been crazy busy with wedding plans for the past two weeks and have hardly had time to do my laundry, much less post on here! Just wanted you to know that I’m still alive and well and I’ll have some great stuff to add about decorations =). A lot of them will be useful for decorating my new home after the wedding too. You’ve gotta love dual purpose decorations!

Items: metal cross candle holder and framed print of bathrub painting

I got both this candle holder and the framed art for free when my roommate moved out and left some of her things behind. When people move, they tend to get rid of some perfectly good items simply due to lack of sleep. Ask a friend or roommate if you can rummage through their things before they go to the Goodwill. You might find a few treasures.

These are currently hanging in my bathroom, nicely complementing my lovely shower curtain. =)
