Items: glass bottles
Cost: < $1 each at thrift stores

I decided for my new bathroom that I would collect clear glass bottles to decorate and store the personal care products that I use daily (or almost daily). This picture is of a few of my bottles. They contain everything from face wash to cotton squares to makeup remover.

I found the bottles at a variety of thrift stores. They are quite inexpensive, usually less than a dollar. I specifically looked for a variety of shapes and sizes, so they would look eclectic on the counter. I cleaned them up in the dishwasher (and used nail polish remover to take off any sticky residue) then filled them with my girly things =). Read the rest of this entry »
